This Judaic book includes a collection of letters from the previous Lubavitcher Rebbe: Rabbi Yoseph Yitzchack Shneersohn and from Rabbi Menachem Mendel Shneerson and it was published in 1999 by Otsar Sifrei Lubavitch, Inc.
